Responsibilities: * Preparation of rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and Japanese dishes. * Plating and aesthetic presentation of dishes. * Proper control and handling of fish and seafood. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Waste control and product rotation. * Inventory support as required.
