Coordination with HR and Accounting We seek a Payroll Analyst with experience in payroll calculation and administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments as well as compliance with tax and labor obligations. Responsibilities * Process payroll. * Calculate earnings, deductions, taxes, and severance payments. * Manage attendance incidents: absences, vacations, medical leaves, and overtime. * Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments with IMSS. * Review and reconcile payroll CFDIs. * Address employee inquiries regarding payments. * Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments. * Prepare reports and maintain payroll records. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of payroll experience. * Proficiency in payroll systems and intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of labor legislation, IMSS, ISR, and INFONAVIT. * Organizational skills and confidentiality. * Attention to detail and analytical ability.
