Job Summary: Accounting professional responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt through payment scheduling and reconciliation. Key Highlights: 1. Description and Details of Responsibilities * Receive invoices from suppliers for goods and services. * Verify compliance with tax requirements (CFDI). * Enter invoices into the Contpaqi accounting system. * Categorize expenses and inventory into correct accounting accounts. * Maintain up-to-date supplier balances. * Schedule payments according to due dates and cash flow. * Prepare payment requests for authorization. * Prevent duplicate or incorrect payments. * Reconcile supplier account statements. * Follow up on price discrepancies, unapplied discounts, or missing goods. * Control supplier advances. * Track outstanding goods pending invoicing. * Prepare aging reports (from oldest to most recent). * Generate weekly and monthly accounts payable reports. Experience and Requirements **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably within logistics companies). * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, data analysis). * Experience using Contpaqi system. * Experience interacting with suppliers and customers. * Age 26–33. **Skills** * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Organization and control. * Effective communication with suppliers.
