REPSE management and accounting for specialized services A prominent company in its industry Seeks Accounting Analyst Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst Experience in: Performing accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards for controlling the organization’s financial resources and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Recording and reviewing accounting entries for transactions: invoicing, revenue, collections, expenses, credit notes, charges and refunds—entering them into the system to maintain up-to-date company transaction records. Preparing and submitting financial statements, supporting schedules, and reports required by management and corporate oversight entities. Payroll stamping, payment preparation, and processing of settlements and reconciliations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, payroll, provisional tax payments). Collection analysis and customer reconciliations. Preparation of working papers to verify amortizations and depreciation. Preparing and submitting financial information by analyzing income and expenses to determine the company’s monthly profitability.
