Our SQE Engineer is responsible for managing supplier programs, administering APQP for new programs, and leading suppliers to achieve successful launches within LG Innotek’s program environment. ***Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial) * 3 years in Automotive OEM or Supplier * Supplier 8D reports * Expertise in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, Process Control Plan, PFMEA, etc.) * Problem-Solving Methodologies (6 Sigma, Shainin, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) * IATF 16949 certification * Certified Internal Auditor * **80% English (fluent speaker)** * Negotiation skills for chargeback process * Problem-solving skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Experience: * SQE \- Supplier Quality: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
