Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** **Job Description** **Mission:** Ensure proper implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Compliance Model at ACCIONA Mexico, aligned with local regulations and corporate guidelines. **Candidate Requirements** **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and adapt the Compliance framework across business units. * Identify and manage risks, as well as monitor controls and policies. * Support management of the Ethics Channel and participate in internal investigations. * Provide support in third-party evaluation and monitoring (due diligence). * Promote ethical culture through training and advisory services to departments. * Prepare reports and track Compliance metrics. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law. * Master’s degree, postgraduate qualification, or official certifications in Compliance, Internal Control, Auditing, Risk Management, or related fields are preferred. **Experience and Knowledge:** * \+4 years of experience in Compliance roles. * Knowledge of the Mexican regulatory framework on Compliance, anti-corruption, and corporate integrity. * Familiarity with international Compliance standards (e.g., ISO 37001\) *ACCIONA has received the Top Employer certification for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 in Mexico, as well as the Top Employer seal for 2022, 2023, 2024 \& 2025 in North America.
