Guarantee of quality in kitchen processes and recipe adherence. ***We are the leading department store company.*** LIVERPOOL SANTA FE is looking for your talent as: **SENIOR EXECUTIVE CHEF** *REQUIREMENTS:* * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position; mandatory expertise in Mexican, French, Spanish, and international cuisine (80% coverage). * Full-time availability (rotating shifts or participation in events). * Customer service orientation. * Results-driven. * Personnel management skills. * Dish preparation and presentation (demonstrable creativity). * Knowledge of inventory management, ingredient inspection, and recipe documentation. * Basic financial analysis. * Familiarity with H Certification, ServSafe, and NOM-251\. * Ability to work under pressure. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Ensure kitchen processes, recipe adherence, and food quality (color, flavor, texture, and plating) in accordance with hygiene protocols. * Oversee service delivery within the area. * Lead staff across various food stations (e.g., Spanish-European style gastronomic market) in the store; manage schedules, breaks, vacation planning, etc. * Improve profitability of the unit under management. * Control inventory and unit expenses. * Manage special events both inside and outside the store, including food supervision and preparation. * Coordinate, organize, and deliver event services. * Supervise merchandise rotation via the FIFO system. * Monitor and comply with budget targets: sales, costs, and expenses. *WE OFFER:* * Base Salary (starting at $35,000\). * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (performance bonus, funeral expense support, life insurance, major medical expense insurance). * Timely salary payments. * Savings fund. * Monthly grocery vouchers for on-site employees: $2,300. * Ongoing training. * Career growth and professional development. * Purchase discounts at companies within EL Puerto de Liverpool. * Uniform provided.
