




Position Summary: Provide support to Operations Management in coordinating administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth information flow and departmental efficiency. Central role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the department. **Position Objective** Provide support to **Operations Management** in coordinating administrative and operational activities, ensuring accurate information flow, process tracking, and operational efficiency within the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Administration or related field. (Preferred but **not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated**). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. * Knowledge of operational control and performance indicator tracking. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting). * Must reside near the workplace (within one block of Av. Primero de Mayo). * No restrictions on working full-time hours (this position is not suitable for students). **Responsibilities:** * Track strategic pending items for Management and ensure timely completion. * Prepare executive reports on operations (events, incidents, inventory, personnel). * Coordinate information among key departments: kitchen, logistics, warehouse, and HR. * Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items from operational meetings. * Support incident management and pre-payroll validation. * Review purchase requisitions, internal orders, and administrative documentation. * Monitor operational KPIs and report progress to Management. * Manage schedules, meetings, and internal logistics. * Handle confidential information responsibly and professionally. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits * Free daily cafeteria service * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (fixed shift; not ideal for students attending in-person Saturday classes) * Working hours: 09:00–19:00 * Fixed weekly day off: Sunday * Savings fund **Please attach your CV and follow the recruitment process.** Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service Application Question(s): * How do you handle a situation where a department fails to deliver required information on time, and you depend on it to report to Management? * How do you resolve an urgent issue when your immediate supervisor is unavailable? * Please carefully review the job location details; candidates located more than 50 minutes away will not be considered.
