Job Summary: Grupo Tarahumara is seeking a Fruit and Vegetable Quality Inspector to issue assessments, report incidents, and ensure compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for inspection and assessment of merchandise on sales floors 2. Quality management and product reporting 3. Application of order and cleanliness methodologies such as 5S JOIN OUR TEAM! Due to expansion Grupo Tarahumara is seeking: **Quality Inspector – Fruits and Vegetables** * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with one weekday off * **Location:** C. 17 Nte. 10209, Central de Abastos, 72019 Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, Pue. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue assessments for merchandise stored on sales floors according to customer specifications. * Submit reports on delayed merchandise per sales floor. * Inform the Product Coordinator of any evolving issues affecting quality. * Report inventory losses to the inventory department with corresponding supporting documentation. * Provide instructions to the repackaging department for inspections of fruit destined for sales floors. * Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance. * Prepare delayed products for sampling and expedite their movement. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and implementation of the 5S methodology in work areas. * Conduct inspections of local purchases and incoming shipments. * Activate, place, and record thermographs on the platform. * Apply security seals with photographic evidence. **Desired Profile:** * Experience in quality inspection of perishable goods (preferred) * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Innovation, or related field * Knowledge of quality management systems, fruit inspection, and phytosanitary regulations **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Gross monthly salary: $13,500 * Monthly food vouchers: $1,150 * Attendance bonus: $1,350 gross * Punctuality bonus: $1,350 gross * Additional benefit upon permanent hiring * Life insurance
