Job Summary: Heineken Mexico is seeking Delivery Drivers and Delivery Assistants to ensure timely order delivery meeting quality standards and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures departure on delivery routes and timely order delivery. 2. Works in coordination with the team to meet sales commitments. 3. Join the Heineken Mexico team—we’re looking for your talent for the following positions:\-Delivery Driver * Delivery Assistant\-Substitute Delivery Assistant. Mission: Ensures departure on delivery routes so orders arrive on time and meet established quality standards. Works in coordination with the delivery team to satisfactorily fulfill sales-agreed commitments and provide necessary support as a facilitator to the work team. This role directly impacts customer service fulfillment.Experience: * Perform required start-of-day activities to guarantee safe market departure (truck inspection and order verification). * Execute product delivery agreements established by pre-sales (per the order ticket) in the presence of the visited customer and at the designated location. * Select and collect packaging from each customer. * Ensure customer collection according to the quantity indicated on the order and guarantee that established conditions are met prior to order delivery. \-Perform daily product\-cash reconciliation via document submission and review with the Delivery Coordinator to ensure no discrepancies exist and all related duties are completed.Requisites: Valid driver’s license Relevant experience Experience driving trucks with minimum capacity of 8 tons (MANDATORY, NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT) Valid documentation.
