We seek a proactive, organized individual with a problem-solving focus who guarantees continuity of the business’s technological operations. * **Key Responsibilities:** * + Hardware and software technical support. + Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. + Resolution of network and connectivity issues. + Maintenance of detailed incident and solution records. + Maintenance of point-of-sale systems. + Maintenance of banking terminals. + Support and follow-up on institutional email accounts. * **Profile and Skills:** + **Education:** Typically a technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. + **Competencies:** Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networks, diagnostic tools, and strong communication skills. + **Point-of-Sale Systems:** Preferably experience with Soft Restaurant and One Soft. **Willingness to travel to different branches as required for operational needs.** Monthly salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 depending on skills Minor medical expense insurance.
