Monitor key performance indicators to optimize results. **SALES SUPERVISOR** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Supervise, coordinate, and develop the sales team to ensure achievement of business objectives, increase market share, and guarantee proper point-of-sale execution within the assigned territory. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the daily performance of the sales team. * Ensure achievement of targets (volume, coverage, collections, and execution). * Implement commercial strategies and promotions. * Track sales routes and optimize territories. * Train and motivate the sales team. * Conduct visits to key customers (stores, warehouses, bars, restaurants). * Monitor KPIs (sales, effectiveness, average ticket, etc.). * Ensure proper product display and availability. * Manage inventory and product turnover. * Prepare performance reports and market analysis. * Resolve operational and commercial issues.
