Organization and results-oriented focus At Bistro 702 — a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner service — we seek a Unit Manager with solid experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, and day-to-day branch management. Main Responsibilities \- Supervise the restaurant’s daily operations. \- Coordinate unit opening and closing procedures. \- Manage and supervise operational staff (kitchen, bar, and service). \- Prepare and monitor shift schedules and attendance records. \- Ensure compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards. \- Control inventory, shrinkage, and supplier orders. \- Assist in reviewing sales reports and financial statements. \- Immediately address and resolve customer complaints. \- Work effectively under pressure during peak hours. Requirements \- Age: 35 to 50 years old \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Gastronomy, or related field (preferred). \- Minimum 3 years of experience as Unit Manager or Operations Manager. \- Proven experience in restaurant chains. Knowledge in: \- Personnel management \- Food hygiene handling (H Certification desirable) \- Cost and inventory control \- Basic interpretation of financial statements \- Full-time availability. \- High tolerance for working under pressure.
