We continuously seek talent that shares our values and helps drive us toward new goals. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Operational Auditor, your primary responsibilities will include: * Conducting thorough audits of telephone supervisors to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations. * Performing visits to points of sale (POS) to verify correct implementation of commercial and operational strategies. * Monitoring and controlling staff working hours to ensure optimal resource utilization. * Preparing detailed audit reports identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. * Collaborating with various departments to implement recommendations and ensure follow-up. * Staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices in auditing and operational management, particularly within the telecommunications sector. * Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company’s internal processes. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in auditing or management control roles, preferably in the telecommunications sector. * **Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of operational auditing techniques, process analysis, and internal control. * **Sector:** Familiarity with the telecommunications sector and its operational dynamics. Experience in auditing related to the operator **MOVISTAR** will be a significant advantage. * **Skills:** * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong oral and written communication skills for report writing and presenting results. * Attention to detail and rigor in adhering to procedures. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. * Proactivity and dynamism. * **Education:** University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
