Do you have a solid foundation in networking and fault diagnosis, and do you wish to specialize in telecommunications infrastructure management? Our company is growing, and we are seeking a proactive **NOC Analyst** with a strong technical profile to join our team and ensure continuity of our clients' connectivity services.
The primary objective of this position is to monitor, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 connectivity incidents across LAN, WAN, and MAN networks, ensuring optimal operation of network infrastructure, wireless links, and our clients' communication systems.
What will be your main responsibilities?
* **Monitoring and Diagnosis:** Monitor network performance and respond to early alerts regarding link outages or service degradation.
* **Network Troubleshooting:** Perform analysis and resolution of issues (*troubleshooting*) on routers, switches, and wireless equipment.
* **Connectivity Management:** Execute port openings, basic IP addressing configurations, and identify faults in public and private networks.
* **Support and Infrastructure:** Assist in verifying node connectivity across the network, structured cabling, spectrum analysis, and associated monitoring systems.
What profile are we seeking? (Technical Requirements)
For this position, we require **solid foundational knowledge** in the following areas:
**Protocols and Networking Fundamentals:**
* OSI and TCP/IP models.
* VLSM subnetting, IP addressing (Public and Private), NAT, and DMZ.
* Essential protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, ICMP, FTP, SSH, TCP, UDP, ARP, and SNMP.
* Concepts, design, and implementation of VLANs and port openings.
**Infrastructure and Connectivity:**
* Installation and configuration of LAN, WAN, and MAN networks.
* Structured cabling and use of testing and measurement tools.
* Basic understanding of IP device addressing/monitoring on the network.
**Specific Hardware and Software Handling:**
* Configuration, analysis, and *troubleshooting* of **Ubiquiti** switches and **TP\-Link** routers.
* Configuration and management of **Mikrotik** routers using **Winbox**.
* Management of **Ubiquiti** microwave radios and Wi\-Fi access points.
* Basic configuration of wireless equipment, coverage studies, and spectrum analysis.
