Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a VIP Lounge to support snack preparation, bar setup, and passenger service in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in snack preparation and passenger service **Your next job is waiting for you at AICM!** **VIP Lounge in Terminal 1 is looking for: Customer Service Assistant** **Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two days off during the week.** **Rotating shifts** (rotated monthly): 1\) 1:30 a.m. \- 9:30 a.m. 2\) 6:00 a.m. \- 3:00 p.m. 3\) 9:00 a.m. \- 6:00 p.m. 4\) 11:30 a.m. \- 8:30 p.m. 5\) 2:00 p.m. \- 11:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** assistance in snack preparation, receiving supplies, bar setup, cleaning of utensils, passenger service, among others. **Requirements:** • Completed high school diploma or technical degree in food and beverages. • Conversational service-level English. • Experience in kitchens, cafeterias, restaurants, or similar settings. • High flexibility to rotate shifts. • Residence near the airport (maximum 40 minutes’ commute; boroughs Venustiano Carranza, Iztacalco, G.A.M.). **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary: $11,000 (paid biweekly). * Statutory benefits (social security coverage from day one \- 100% contributions to IMSS and INFONAVIT, vacation days, and year-end bonus). * Enhanced benefits: Monthly food vouchers, 4\.17% savings fund, and complimentary uniforms. * Dynamic and cheerful work environment. * Job stability.
