




Position Summary: A Laboratory Technician is required to manage supplies and operations in medical units, with a focus on contractual compliance and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, results, and customer service **We are seeking: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Graduate or intern in **Chemical-Biological, Clinical, or Medical** fields, to join a project focused on supply management and operations in medical units. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years operating public sector procurement processes. * Minimum of 2 years preparing proposals for public tenders. * Project administration. * Coordination of work teams. * Interaction and negotiation with public sector suppliers and clients. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Execute budget minimum and maximum compliance for each assigned medical unit by accurately entering counts into the GENERA system (without errors), on time and as required. 2\. Maintain supply and/or reagent performance standards above 90% through the internal GENERA system. 3\. Enter inventories into the system on time and as required, verifying that inventory levels meet the needs of each medical unit. 4\. Comply with contractual specifications for each assigned medical unit. 5\. Comply with guidelines established by the Quality Management System. 6\. Adhere to directives issued by the General Directorate to fulfill, maintain, and improve internal and/or external customer service policies, as well as customer satisfaction regarding the services provided, maintaining presence and proximity to customers. 7\.
