Operational and solution-oriented approach **PETROTEC SPECIALIZED CONSULTING** A company dedicated to providing services for gas stations is seeking a **Human Talent Manager** to comprehensively manage the HR department and support a team of approximately 50 employees. We seek a candidate with an operational mindset, strong organizational skills, and a solution-oriented attitude—capable of coordinating recruitment processes, personnel administration, and internal HR needs, ensuring the proper functioning of Human Resources. **Responsibilities:** * Overall administration of the Human Resources department * Recruitment and selection of personnel (operational and administrative) * Posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews * Monitoring hiring and onboarding processes * Managing attendance incidents, personnel files, and employment documentation * Supporting payroll processing and regulatory compliance * Attending to employees and addressing internal departmental needs * Supporting organizational development and workplace climate initiatives * Implementing and monitoring internal policies **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources * Experience in recruitment and selection (preferably for specialized roles) * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), payroll, and attendance incidents * Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, Computrabajo, social media) * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work independently **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Autonomy in area management * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM Salary: $13,000.00–$15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
