Structured and professional work environment Support the proper receipt, storage, picking, and inventory control of pharmaceutical products and healthcare supplies, ensuring compliance with good storage practices, batch and expiry traceability, and applicable regulatory standards for the pharmaceutical sector. Main Responsibilities * Receipt and verification of goods (product, batch, expiry date, quantities). * Physical arrangement of products according to storage guidelines (FEFO). * Order picking and preparation. * Validation of batches and expiry dates prior to dispatch. * Support for cyclic and general inventories. * Labeling, packaging, and preparation for shipment. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitary standards. * Report deviations, damages, or inconsistencies. * Support internal documentation and warehouse logs. Ideal Profile * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (pharmaceutical, medical, or food industry preferred). * Basic knowledge of inventory management and batch control. * Discipline, organization, and attention to detail. * High sense of responsibility. Especially Valued * Experience in regulated warehouses. * Basic knowledge of good storage practices. * Experience handling batch- and expiry-controlled products. * Interest in developing a career in the pharmaceutical sector.
