This is how we live our Holcim Spirit culture—centered on purpose, people, and performance—to accelerate sustainable construction. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:** Human Resources Intern You will be responsible for implementing an integrated system that merges technical training to enhance human talent performance and consolidate an organizational culture of continuous learning. **Your key challenges will be:** * Design an adaptable curriculum: Develop a training plan covering not only technical skills (hard skills) but also soft skills aligned with Holcim Spirit values. * Create "Culture Ambassadors": Identify and train internal opinion leaders to serve as role models for Holcim Spirit values within their teams. * Monitor workplace climate: Assess perceptions of organizational culture through pulse surveys to identify areas for improvement following training initiatives. * Establish performance indicators (KPIs): Measure training impact via biannual performance evaluations. * Conduct awareness workshops enabling employees to connect their personal goals with the company’s mission. **Work Location:** Tecomán Cement Plant **Mandatory Requirements:** * ***Currently enrolled student from the 6th semester onward*** in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree programs in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. * Authorized by your university to complete professional internships—Official internship request letter issued by your educational institution (mandatory). * Availability to complete a minimum six-month internship. * Possession of voluntary health insurance or major medical expense coverage. * Intermediate-level Excel skills for database management, communication, reporting, and administrative management. * *Currently enrolled student (not yet graduated)* **Desired Qualifications:** * Effective and fluent communication * Customer orientation and service mindset * Teamwork * Organization and proactivity **\#HolcimMéxico** **DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
