




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide user assistance for hardware, software, and operating systems, optimize equipment performance, and develop technological solutions. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telematics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum experience: 1 year. ♦ Job Objective: Provide user assistance services related to hardware, office software, and operating systems. Responsibilities include resolving equipment and technological infrastructure failures, optimizing computing equipment performance, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and developing solutions through implementation of technological devices. ♦ Responsibilities: * Knowledge of customs declaration system administration: system configuration and updates, and support for customs operations. * Administration of Windows Server. * Active Directory administration. * Experience developing a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). * System monitoring: Implementation and supervision of monitoring tools. * Administration of anti-malware solutions. * Configuration of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace. * Inventory management. * Scripting and automation: Knowledge of PowerShell. ♦ Soft Skills: * Service orientation: Proactive attitude toward handling tickets and user requests. * Analytical thinking: Ability to solve complex problems under pressure. * Assertive communication: Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical personnel.
