This position is critical to guaranteeing internal trust, operational stability, and proper administration of payment processes. **Location:** CDMX **Department:** Human Capital **What will be your impact?** * Ensure accurate payroll execution across all types (regular, extraordinary, and special). * Guarantee tax and labor compliance in every process. * Supervise incidents, movements, and pre-payment validations. * Coordinate accounting reconciliations related to payroll. * Manage and resolve employee inquiries clearly and promptly. * Lead the payroll team, ensuring high standards of execution and service. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 4–5 years of experience leading payroll processes, preferably in companies with large operational workforces. * Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems. * Solid knowledge of labor and tax legislation. * Leadership, organizational skills, precision, and strong sense of urgency. **Key Performance Indicators:** * Payroll accuracy. * Timeliness of payments. * Zero critical incidents. * Employee service level. * Regulatory compliance.
