Support in organizing meetings and preparing administrative documentation. **2P Capital Humano is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Guadalajara, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Administrative Assistant** **Main Responsibilities** * In-person and telephone support to condominium residents. * Guidance and resolution of inquiries related to payments, services, and internal processes. * Payment reception via bank terminal. * Registration and collection tracking in the administrative system. * Preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and administrative documentation. * Support in organizing Board of Administration meetings. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or customer service. * Basic knowledge of administrative systems or CRM. **We Offer** Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN (tax-free).
