Summary: This role involves developing and executing inspection planning, defining inspection methods, managing calibration plans, and leading the design of inspection jigs and fixtures. Maintain and improve calibration procedures and documentation systems Descripción y detalle de las actividades * Develop and execute inspection planning for NPI parts, based on drawings, specifications, and special characteristics. * Define, validate, and release inspection methods and acceptance criteria for new products. * Manage and sustain the Plant Calibration Plan, ensuring execution on time, within budget, and with proper documented evidence, coordinating and controlling external calibration services, ensuring supplier compliance and traceability; and performing internal calibrations using validated techniques and issue calibration reports aligned with applicable international standards. * Lead the design, validation, and release of inspection jigs and fixtures for production and NPI. * Maintain and improve calibration procedures, records, and documentation systems in compliance with ISO and customer requirements. * Implement and maintain ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls, including planning, monitoring, and compliance. * Lead and sustain the implementation of MSA (Measurement System Analysis) as part of Core Tools. * Ensure measurement systems are capable, reliable, and aligned with product requirements and process risks. Experiencia y requisitos * School degree: Bachelor's degree * Years of experience required in same or similar position: 1\-3 years. * English: Basic. * Software or programs needed: CAD Software, Solidworks, AutoCAD or similar, MSA tools. * Experience field 1: 1\+ year in Quality in manufacturing environment (Engineer) OR 3\+ years in Metrology (Technician). * Experience field 2: Software: Metrology and inspection methodologies. * Experience field 3: Experience in Calibration systems and execution. Fixture design, GD\&T and drawing interpretation.
