Job Description and Responsibilities * Coordinate and lead new product introduction (NPI), acting as the technical liaison with the customer. * Manage projects ensuring schedule control, progress tracking, and timely resolution of issues. * Lead product reviews and propose improvements in DFM and DFT for cost optimization. * Manage technical documentation (specifications, BOM, EO, RoHS, approvals, and part numbers). * Manage MRB and resolve critical production issues, meeting established objectives. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronic Information Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 8 years of experience in new product introduction (NPI) for consumer electronics or audio, leading projects from kick\-off through mass production. * Proficiency in tools such as CAM350, PADS, and Microsoft Office suite. * Proficiency in English. * Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics, schematic interpretation, and assembly documentation. * Extensive experience optimizing testing and manufacturing processes to achieve low cost, high quality, and durability, with analytical thinking, accountability, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
