We are looking for a Production Supervisor II. **Key Responsibilities:** Achieve established production, quality, and safety targets through coordination of activities with team leaders, while supporting resolution of any workplace conflicts. Provide ongoing feedback to staff regarding performance outcomes and serve as a mentor for the development of direct reports. Manage and actively participate in improvement projects for the assigned area. Proficiency in balancing work teams (workflow/staffing). Ability to coordinate across departments to achieve objectives. Participation in and execution of NCRs/CAPAs/Internal Audit actions. Knowledge of critical parameters in the process control plan. **Key Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related field. 3–5 years of prior experience in a similar role. Experience in a similar medical device industry (Desirable). Proficiency in PC MS Office (Mandatory). Lean Manufacturing (Desirable). Problem-solving skills and Core Tools (Desirable). Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) and its regulations (Desirable).
