Responsibilities: * Prepare beverages following café recipes and standards. * Operate and maintain the espresso machine and bar equipment in good condition. * Calibrate the grinder and adjust grind size as needed. * Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Assist with basic inventory management and supply reporting. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Obligations: * Respect work schedules and internal policies. * Take care of work equipment and tools. * Maintain appropriate personal appearance. * Work collaboratively and support assigned tasks.
