Job Summary: We are seeking an automotive technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose failures, and repair diesel and gasoline vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel and gasoline vehicles. 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures. 3. Ensure optimal operating conditions of the vehicles. Description and details of responsibilities **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel and gasoline vehicles. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures. * Repair diesel engines, brake systems, suspension, and steering systems. * Carry out oil, filter, tire, and battery replacements. * Use specialized diagnostic tools and equipment. * Detect and correct fluid leaks (oil, diesel, antifreeze, etc.). * Conduct operational tests before releasing any vehicle. * Provide support for inspections or repairs across different branches. **Responsibilities:** The employee will be responsible for: * Ensuring vehicles are in optimal operating condition. * Complying with internal workshop procedures. * Avoiding rework resulting from repair errors. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in their work area. * Promptly reporting any additional failures detected. * Proper use of provided tools, equipment, and materials. * Meeting established delivery deadlines. **WE OFFER** * Weekly salary (negotiable) Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM * No probationary week. * Sunday rest day. * Fixed shift. * Statutory benefits. * Overtime pay when applicable. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Profit-sharing. * One free day on your employment anniversary. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Uniform. * Career growth opportunities. * Preferential pricing for employees. * IMSS registration with actual salary. ***\*\*\*\*CUCAPAH BRANCH\*\**** Experience and requirements **Education and experience:** * Experience in diesel mechanics, automotive mechanics, etc. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of diesel vehicles. * Experience in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures. **Technical knowledge:** * Knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines. * Familiarity with brake, suspension, and steering systems. * Experience in preventive and corrective services. * Proficiency in using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment. * Knowledge of detecting and repairing fluid leaks. **Attitudes and competencies:** * Commitment to safety and work quality. * Proactivity and willingness to support operations across different branches. * Honesty and responsible use of tools and materials. * Attention to detail to avoid rework. **Other requirements:** * Availability to travel between branches. * Flexible availability according to workshop operations. * Ability to prepare service reports.
