Job Summary: The Patient Coordinator manages leads, qualifies prospects, schedules appointments, and keeps the CRM updated, ensuring effective communication and an excellent initial patient experience. Focus on patient experience and effective communication. **Grupo Abadi is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Tijuana, Baja California** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Objective** Receive, contact, and qualify leads interested in medical procedures. The primary function is to ensure timely, clear, and effective communication with prospects, with the goal of scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team while keeping the CRM updated and guaranteeing an excellent initial patient experience. **Main Responsibilities** Receive and organize leads generated by marketing (website, WhatsApp, social media, email, forms). Make immediate contact with new prospects (primarily by phone). Apply qualification questions to assess patient viability. Build trust and explain the initial steps of the evaluation process. Schedule appointments for the sales representative. Follow up with patients who have not confirmed their appointments (multiple attempts via phone call, message, or email). Record and update each contact’s information in the CRM (notes, status, tags). Reschedule appointments when necessary. Conduct post-appointment follow-up to confirm attendance. Report to the sales manager on lead volume, contact rate, and scheduled appointments. Participate in weekly meetings with the sales team. **Work Experience:** Minimum 1 year in call centers, telephone customer service, telesales, or patient coordination. Desirable experience in clinics specializing in: Hair Transplantation Dentistry Aesthetic Medicine **Technical Skills:** CRM proficiency Excellent spelling and writing skills. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email, and Google Calendar.
