This job is for you if you are looking to learn, develop new skills, and be driven to grow professionally in a demanding and dynamic environment. ⸻ Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field * 1–2 years of experience in creative or marketing fields (preferred) * Portfolio of work (mandatory) ⸻ Most Important Qualities * Creativity focused on results * Desire to learn and build a career * Ability to execute ideas and bring them to life * Critical and proactive thinking * Strong visual judgment and clear communication * Creation of audiovisual content using Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered tools such as Adobe, Canva, or other content creation software * Interest in emerging technologies ⸻ Responsibilities * Development of creative ideas and materials for campaigns * Proposing, managing, and executing key company projects—from conception through implementation (e.g., influencer collaborations, sales events, recruitment events, activations) * Supporting the execution of projects, events, and activations * Researching trends, markets, and new opportunities * Tracking and coordinating tasks within the department ⸻ Plus (Optional) * English proficiency * Knowledge of programming, automation, or rendering ⸻ Conditions * Full-time * On-site * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
