




Job Summary: Coordinate import/export operations, inventory management, and logistics to ensure quality and document control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages daily imports/exports and delivery routes. 2. Controls inventories of raw materials, finished products, and supplies. 3. Supervises personnel and ISO 9000-2015 documentation. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Perform daily imports and exports for 3 drivers** **Use of IMex system** **Deliver documentation to local drivers for delivery of finished products to customers.** **Organize daily delivery routes.** **Schedule delivery dates and times for finished products** Receive raw materials from suppliers and submit receipt information. Inspect raw materials to ensure proper condition and quality. Report poor-quality raw materials to Procurement and suppliers. Record raw materials in monday and scan them. Specify the corresponding material quantities on production orders. Control and record imported materials. Supervise the execution and updating of sheet metal inventory. Send finished product inventory reports to Management and Sales. Ink inventory. Supplies inventory. Place supply orders for production (pallets, inks, paste, nails, staples, wire, rubber, strapping, film, etc.). Maintain, complete, and safeguard warehouse and logistics ISO 9000\-2015 documentation. Supervise assigned personnel. Use and operate Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word.
