Job Summary: Perform general, electrical, hydrosanitary, and air conditioning maintenance in buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of electrical installations and hydrosanitary systems. 2. Experience in general repairs, plumbing, painting, and basic welding. 3. Timely response to maintenance and facility conservation reports. Description and details of responsibilities **Electricity (Low and Medium Voltage):** Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on building electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, distribution panels, lighting, and electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards. **Welding and General Repairs:** Perform basic welding and repair work on structures, furniture, and infrastructure, ensuring safe and functional conditions within the facilities. **Plumbing and Hydrosanitary Installations:** Detect and repair leaks; perform maintenance on pipes, sanitary fixtures, faucets, and water supply and drainage systems. **Air Conditioning and Auxiliary Equipment:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning units and auxiliary equipment, including cleaning, inspection, and basic fault diagnosis. **General Building Maintenance:** Carry out conservation and maintenance activities in facilities and common areas, including: * Wall repair and painting. * Floor maintenance and repair. * Adjustment and repair of doors and windows. * Basic masonry and finishing work. * General office and operational area maintenance. **Response to Facility Reports:** Provide timely follow-up on requests related to facility maintenance and operation, ensuring appropriate conditions for daily operations. Experience and Requirements * Technical or incomplete degree in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field. * Proven experience in general building and facility maintenance. * Experience in general repairs, plumbing, painting, and basic welding. * Flexible working hours. * Service-oriented attitude and sense of urgency. * Ability to work in a team and track maintenance reports. * Focus on safety, order, and facility conservation.
