The primary objective will be prospecting and closing new business within the automotive sector by offering our specialized solutions in component inspection, sorting, and rework. The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic vision to identify opportunities at manufacturing plants and excellent technical negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers. Technical Services Sales: Present and market quality control solutions (component inspection, material sorting, and urgent rework). Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with quality, procurement, and production managers. Project Follow-up: Prepare quotations, track proposals, and ensure contract closure. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 2\-3 years in industrial sales, preferably in quality services or automotive manufacturing. Knowledge: Familiarity with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\) and production processes. Skills: High-level negotiation, excellent verbal and written communication, and self-management. Requirements: Personal vehicle and availability to travel to industrial plants.
