If you have experience in quality management, are a results-oriented leader, and are passionate about meeting the highest standards, we invite you to apply! **What will you do in this role?** As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes and final products meet the highest quality standards. Your primary objective will be to manage the Quality Management System by conducting audits and inspections, and leading corrective actions to ensure all processes are efficient and aligned with internal and regulatory requirements (FDA, MIL SPECS, UL, QS, etc.). **Responsibilities:** * Ensure achievement of quality objectives, such as quality costs and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate inspection procedures (raw materials, processes, and finished products) to ensure compliance with quality requirements. * Develop and analyze process performance using statistical data to optimize costs and cycle times without compromising quality. * Participate in product, material, and process planning, development, and transfer. * Oversee administration of applicable quality management systems and certifications (ISO, QS, FDA, etc.), as well as process documentation and records. * Supervise the calibration system for measurement and testing equipment. * Represent the company before regulatory and certification agencies. * Resolve failure analyses, nonconformities, and customer information requests. * Act as facilitator for continuous improvement programs, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma. * Develop and coordinate quality programs with suppliers, in collaboration with other departments such as Procurement, Materials, and Engineering. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Advanced English proficiency. * Certifications: ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing. * Experience: Minimum 5 years as a manager in Quality-related areas. **What skills are we looking for?** * Knowledge of total quality management systems, lean manufacturing, quality statistics, and measurement tools. * Experience implementing and maintaining certification systems (ISO, FDA, QS, etc.). * Familiarity with quality management and continuous improvement tools. * **Leadership:** Ability to motivate and guide your team, ensuring their development and success. * **Decision-making:** Ability to make effective and timely decisions. * **Negotiation:** Ability to negotiate solutions and achieve positive outcomes. * **Strategic vision:** Ability to think long-term and anticipate improvement opportunities.
