Assists in planning and execution of loyalty programs and promotions Description and details of responsibilities **Position Objective:** Provide support in planning marketing strategies to promote Business Units and attract guests, thereby contributing to the success of initiatives, increased sales, and brand visibility—enhancing service experience. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in performance analysis of marketing initiatives by providing data and contributing to results evaluation. * Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies across restaurants. * Assist in planning and executing loyalty programs and promotions to increase guest visit frequency and boost sales. * Contribute to managing the marketing calendar, ensuring timely planning and execution of activities and campaigns. * Collaborate closely with Carl's Jr Operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and operations. * Utilize analytical tools to evaluate campaign and marketing activity performance per brand, generating reports to support decision-making. * Support purchase order preparation via the ORACLE system to ensure appropriate payment to service providers within the department. * Verify department credit card expenses through the Apex portal, allocating charges to authorized budget accounts and processing invoices to maintain expense control. * Generate reports with specific information requested by the Area Manager to facilitate decision-making. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related fields. Experience in Similar Positions: 1 year English Proficiency Level: Above 60% Work Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Travel Availability: Yes Specific and Business Knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel). * Prior verifiable experience in marketing, services, or digital content is desirable. * Analytical mindset and service orientation.
