If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Manufacturing Engineer** located in **Tijuana.** Reporting to the **Manufacturing Engineering Manager**, the **Manufacturing Engineer’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties. * Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. * Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. * Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. * Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods. * Experience in the medical industry (desirable). **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Intermediate English * Typically requires a bachelor’s degree * Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. * Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. * Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance ### **EM57** **Job Category** ---------------- Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
