Description and Details of Activities **Position Summary** The S&OE Manager supports process standardization, planning, and project management activities within the supply chain organization to achieve business excellence. Assists in establishing supply chain best practices and value-added services to meet evolving customer/market needs, including information systems. **General Functions and Responsibilities** * This position provides support in logistics, planning, and procurement processes; including responsibilities to lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of solution implementation in one or more of the following process areas: * Procurement * Payment Request * Shipping/Receiving * Transportation Management * Inventory and EOL Management * Production and Supply Chain Planning * Provides project leadership in demand and supply planning, and operations transformation aligned with global regulatory bodies and government agencies * Works closely with manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers, supporting supplier forecasting and purchase agreements to ensure business continuity related to projects; aligns with supply chain and platform stakeholders on fair allocation of participation as required for key projects * Assists in identifying, aligning, and implementing improvements to supply chain and operations processes according to global designs * Collaborates with global functional stakeholders to drive business, regional, and/or global objectives, including providing input for communication plans * Responsible for communication and training related to assigned projects or process changes.
