Our slogan, **"The Chef's Toys"**, reflects our passion for cooking, service, and equipment that makes the difference. **What will you do daily?** From day one, you will join a dynamic team and receive 15 days of paid training to familiarize yourself with our products, processes, and systems. Key responsibilities include: Customer Service and Advisory Support: * Deliver a personalized, attentive, and efficient shopping experience. * Identify customer needs and offer solutions without being intrusive. * Communicate effectively to advise on products, promotions, or alternatives in case of stock shortages. * Physically assist customers during the purchasing process (e.g., helping place items on the counter). Product and Process Knowledge: * Learn about our products and categories: utensils, equipment, warranties, returns, installations, and credit. * Explain policies and procedures (e.g., supplier warranties, billing processes, returns, etc.). * Master the Odoo ERP system for tasks such as invoicing, collections, cancellations, returns, and customer registration. * Generate quotations, especially for wholesale or credit customers.
