Conflict resolution and mediation OBJECTIVE: Manage corporate-owned properties to guarantee their marketability, functionality, aesthetics, and security, ensuring projects develop in a comfortable, safe, and fully operational service environment. REQUIREMENTS 1. Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree in business-related fields (recommended). 2. Minimum two years of verifiable experience in property management and/or commercial spaces and/or condominiums (mandatory). 3. Communication and negotiation skills. 4. Dynamic attitude. 5. Start date to be agreed upon during the interview. 6. Current residence in Hermosillo, Sonora. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Execute work plans established by the Corporation. 2. Maintain 100% occupancy/rental rate for assigned properties. 3. Manage lease contracts and collections. 4. Manage tenants to ensure contractual compliance. 5. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. 6. Mediate disputes with tenants, authorities, or any other parties, in accordance with contracts and applicable regulations, to maintain harmonious real estate service environments. 7. Implement actions to guarantee continuous commercial operation of properties. 8. Perform administrative and accounting tasks for submission to the Corporation. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
