Job Description and Responsibilities We are seeking a Project Manager for a construction company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of unit prices and item catalogs. * Preparation of estimates and generators. * Creation, administration, and expense control of budgets. * Supporting the planning of new construction projects. * Administration of resources assigned to each project. * Supervision and administration of assigned personnel. * Project file closure. * Client service. * Digital budget tracking. * Negotiation and sourcing of new suppliers. * Preparation of construction schedules.
