IT Technician | Night Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to provide technical assistance to users, monitor MES systems, diagnose and resolve network, server, and device incidents, and configure printers. Job Description and Responsibilities * Provide technical support to production users and administrative departments. * Monitor and support the MES system and its associated services. * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to networks, connectivity, servers, and plant devices. * Configure and maintain Zebra printers and label printing systems. * Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux servers, Docker services, and MES applications. * Support workstations and equipment connected to production lines. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and IT infrastructure. * Assist with structured cabling activities and physical network troubleshooting. * Assist with basic script modifications, automations, or configurations. * Document incidents, corrective actions, and tasks performed during the shift. * Escalate critical incidents to responsible personnel when required. Experience and Requirements * TCP/IP networking and connectivity troubleshooting. * Technical support for end users and computer equipment. * Intermediate proficiency in Linux/Windows. * Basic knowledge of Linux services. * Experience with Zebra printers and ZPL language. * Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL databases. * Basic programming and scripting knowledge. * Familiarity with Bash, Python, SQL, or basic automation is desirable. * Experience in manufacturing or production environments. * Structured cabling and infrastructure support. * Basic knowledge of servers and service monitoring.
