Support improvement and expansion projects for production areas Description and details of responsibilities Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper operation of plant facilities, guaranteeing optimal operating conditions for critical systems such as electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, and infrastructure, in compliance with safety, quality, and medical industry regulatory standards. **Primary Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. * Diagnose and repair failures in general infrastructure and plant facilities. * Ensure proper operation of critical services (power, water, compressed air, controlled temperature). * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to prevent failures and ensure safe conditions. * Support improvement, modification, and expansion projects for production areas. * Comply with safety, hygiene, environmental, and applicable regulatory guidelines (medical industry). * Document maintenance activities per procedures and quality management system (QMS). * Coordinate with external vendors when specialized services are required. Experience and Requirements **Required Profile** * Technical degree in maintenance, electricity, refrigeration, or related field and/or equivalent experience. * Experience with HVAC, industrial electrical, and plumbing systems. * Knowledge of facility maintenance in manufacturing environments (regulated industry preferred). * Problem-solving orientation, teamwork, and adherence to standards.
