Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Leadership, communication, and payroll preparation. Experience and Requirements: Technical degree (completed or incomplete) Personnel management experience Compliance with production standards Report preparation Team leadership experience **Mandatory** Prior experience in the maquiladora industry. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards. Communication skills and payroll preparation.
