Electromechanical Technician (Weekend Shift)

Job Summary: Night Shift Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure proper operation. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. 2. Electrical, piping, and mechanical systems repairs. 3. Teamwork and attention to detail in maintenance. Description and details of responsibilities * Prepare activity reports and complete forms provided by supervision for machinery and equipment records and histories. * Assist Level A Technicians in the following activities under direct supervision: * Install electrical systems and/or piping for gases or compressed air for machinery and equipment. * Repair electrical installations and gas piping to comply with operational requirements and installation standards. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors and dryers in the plant's compressed air system. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production overhead cranes, adhering to safety regulations and work-at-height permits. * Ensure proper operation of equipment, buildings, machines, and other mechanical systems. * Install, repair, inspect, and maintain machines, buildings, electrical and mechanical equipment, execute scheduled preventive maintenance work orders, and carry out corrective maintenance tasks arising during daily operations. * Maintain walls, floors, and ceilings in good condition by performing necessary repairs or painting, as well as floor markings. * Use specialized tools and equipment to perform maintenance and repair tasks. * Conduct inspection and maintenance activities on office air conditioning units. * Perform preventive maintenance on water and drainage installations, as well as water pumps. Experience and Requirements * Technical education (Mechanical, Electromechanical, and/or Electrical) * Minimum 6 months of prior experience * Problem-solving skills * Communication skills * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Adaptability * Strong sense of responsibility * Results-oriented, working under direct supervision.
