Description and details of responsibilities
* Develop and implement the preventive and corrective building maintenance program.
* Coordinate suppliers for activities related to this position.
* Supervise cleaning staff responsible for spaces such as restrooms, offices, cafeteria, etc.
* Manage repairs, maintenance, and preservation of company facilities, including construction systems and outdoor areas (silos, gutters, parking lots, etc.).
* Maintain and clean gardens (including management of related suppliers and irrigation systems).
* Directly perform repairs, adjustments, plumbing, and finishing work.
* Manage monthly pest control services and maintain related records.
* Control and maintain fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, emergency lights, emergency doors, alarms, smoke detectors, etc.).
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
* Coordinate with external suppliers for procurement of materials and services required for optimal facility operation.
* Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities performed.
* Manage urban solid waste, special-handling waste, and hazardous waste; maintain warehouse cleanliness and control logs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related needs and provide timely solutions.
* Directly perform repairs, adjustments, plumbing, painting, finishing, and electrical support.
* Support contractor activities at the plant.
* Move and install furniture.
* Monitor facility conditions and resolve identified issues.
* Manage improvement projects.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and performance indicator adherence.
Experience and Requirements
* High school diploma, Technical Superior University (TSU) degree, or incomplete university degree in Maintenance, Mechanics, or related fields.
* 2\-3 years of experience in the field.
* Valid driver's license.
* Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and building managers.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Availability to respond to emergency calls outside regular working hours and occasionally work on weekends.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Forklift operation experience.
* English language proficiency: Basic (understanding of simple instructions).
