Job Summary: Lead and ensure plant operations, guaranteeing achievement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives aligned with business strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process standardization Description and details of responsibilities Lead and ensure plant operations, guaranteeing achievement of **safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost** objectives aligned with business strategy, promoting a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and talent development. * Ensure compliance with the Plant’s production plan according to customer demand. * Guarantee operational continuity and efficient utilization of human, technical, and material resources. * Supervise electrical manufacturing processes (assembly, winding, electrical testing, inspection, and shipping). * Ensure achievement of targets for **production plan**, **earned hours, efficiency, and installed capacity**. * Promote and ensure a **zero-accident culture**. * Comply with industrial, electrical, and environmental safety regulations. * Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards (ISO, UL, NOM, customer requirements). * Guarantee product release in accordance with technical specifications. * Control labor costs, waste, rework, and indirect expenses. * Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives and margin improvement measures. * Monitor financial and operational KPIs of the plant. * Lead, develop, and evaluate managerial and middle-management teams. Leadership responsibilities * **Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process standardization** initiatives * Align strategies and best practices with other group plants. * Host customer visits, audits, and executive reviews.
