Engage with patients and promote clinic services **TAM Imaging is looking for Bilingual Receptionist** TAM Imaging located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for Bilingual Receptionists to provide to our patients with quality service through personalized care during the outpatient consultation **Responsibilities:** * Schedule patient appointments via phone or WhatsApp. * Receive and welcome patients upon arrival. * Verify and confirm patient appointments in the system. * Coordinate with the nurse to ensure vital signs are taken before consultations. * Ensure patients receive their service/consultation on time. * Confirm patient attendance in the appointment system. * Schedule and reschedule appointments for new or returning patients, according to specialty and availability. * Confirm upcoming appointments by phone and record them in the system. * Provide patients with information, requirements, and recommendations prior to tests or procedures. * Prepare quotes for studies and/or procedures. * Collect payments at the end of the service, verifying them in the system. * Perform end\-of\-shift cash closure, including preparing cash bundles, recording withdrawals, and depositing into the secure drop box. * Guide patients on how to request invoices. * Keep reception and waiting areas clean and orderly. * Promote clinic services and products to patients. * Invite patients to complete satisfaction surveys and leave service reviews. * Answer incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries. * Support physicians with any needs or requests during consultations. **Requirements:** * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). * A professional or technical degree is preferred. * Strong background in customer service, with a polished and approachable demeanor. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff. **Benefits:** * All benefits by Law * IMSS * INFONAVIT * FONACOT * Medical Consultations * Free laboratory studies, radiology and imaging. **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 07:00hr – 16:00hr, and 10:00hr – 19:00hr. **Salary:** * $15,500 MXN net monthly salary, paid biweekly. **ABOUT US** * https://www.instagram.com/cpistemcells * https://cellularperformanceinstitute.com/ We appreciate your interest in this job position.
