Job Description and Activity Details **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish and maintain strong labor relations among the company, unions, and employees, managing conflicts in compliance with guidelines stipulated in the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCT), and Internal Labor Regulations (RIT). * Ensure the company complies with applicable labor laws and regulations, acting as its representative during labor audits conducted by public labor authorities (STPS). * Promote a culture of engagement by identifying and managing initiatives—through employee climate surveys, leadership programs, cafeteria services, and transportation—that contribute to fostering a positive work environment. * Supervise and evaluate employee performance, supporting leaders in delivering constructive feedback, as well as determining actions that support salary progression. * Manage the event-related expense budget, and jointly monitor and administer, with Operations, the Head Count budget planning. * Participate in planning talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management, Psychology, or related field * 6\+ years of experience in Labor Relations * Solid knowledge of labor legislation (LFT, RIT) * Experience in legitimizing Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCT) * Experience in Talent Development * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using the TRESS system * Conversational English.
