Job Description and Activity Details **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and administer the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT) in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) and the Federal Labor Law (LFT), promoting positive labor relations and effective communication with associates, leaders, and the union. * Investigate and resolve cases, including employment terminations and contract expirations, in coordination with the Legal Department and in compliance with internal policies. * Promote employee engagement through workplace climate surveys and management of initiatives related to leadership, cafeteria, and transportation to improve the work environment. * Execute and participate in actions that foster a sense of belonging and achievement of organizational goals. * Monitor absenteeism and turnover, implementing strategies to meet established targets for these indicators. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Capital Management, Psychology, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Labor Relations. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation (LFT, RIT). * Experience in collective bargaining agreement (CCT) ratification processes. * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using the TRESS system. * Intermediate English proficiency.
