Job Summary: Responsible for electrical and mechanical repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of peripheral equipment and molding machines, ensuring operational quality and efficiency. Description and details of responsibilities: Perform electrical and mechanical repair of peripheral equipment and/or molding machines. Safe mold assembly and disassembly. Perform high-quality mold maintenance and service to meet production schedule requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve mold or production-line process issues to improve efficiency and prevent waste. Support validation of new molds. Knowledge of resin types. Knowledge of peripheral equipment operation. Prepare reports specifying equipment and mold failures and corrective actions. Work safely, methodically, precisely, and with discipline to prevent accidents and rework, thereby achieving departmental objectives. Keep equipment and workplace organized, reporting any anomalies. Recover and select critical spare parts to reduce mold maintenance costs. Respond to mold repair and maintenance work requests as quickly as possible to avoid prolonged downtime. Experience and Requirements: Technical degree in maintenance. 2 years of experience in plastic injection. Experience in assembly and operation of peripheral equipment. Experience in adjustment and programming of plastic injection molding machines. Basic English.
